Quick & Easy Enrollment
1.
Visit S2SYouthCare.com to complete the Enrollment Interest Form .
2.
An S2S Team Member will give you a call within 24-48 hours to verify your child’s information and schedule your enrollment interview.
3.
You will have an enrollment interview with the S2S Regional Director. You will receive your tuition fee and admission date for your child.
50% deposit of 1st week's tuition due at enrollment.
4.
You will receive an email with electronic intake forms to complete before your child can begin the program. Hard copies are available to complete as well.
5.
Your child can begin the program once remaining tuition balance is paid and intake forms are completed.
